Ordering from Master3D is simple:

  1. Browse our website and add your desired items to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method.
  4. Confirm your order, and we’ll process it for shipping.
Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card Payment: Securely pay using Visa, MasterCard, or other major debit/credit cards.
  • Bank Transfer: Transfer the payment directly to our bank account. Please send the payment receipt for order confirmation.
  • KOKO Payment: Buy now and pay later in installments via KOKO. Select this option at checkout and follow the instructions.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Pay in cash when your order is delivered. COD (Cash on Delivery) is available only within a 20km radius from our location.

To pay via bank transfer:

  1. Select “Bank Transfer” at checkout.
  2. Transfer the total amount to our designated bank account (details provided at checkout).
  3. Send us the payment proof via WhatsApp or email.
  4. Once verified, we will process your order.

KOKO Payment allows you to buy now and pay later in installments. Simply select “KOKO Payment” at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to complete the process with KOKO. After approval, your order will be processed.

COD (Cash on Delivery) allows you to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your location. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select COD (Cash on Delivery) at Checkout – When placing your order on our website, choose “COD (Cash on Delivery)” as your payment method.
  2. Order Confirmation – Once you confirm your order, our team will process and prepare it for shipping.
  3. Delivery Notification – You will receive updates about your order status and estimated delivery time.
  4. Receive Your Order – When the delivery arrives, check your package and pay the total amount in cash to the courier.
  5. Complete the Process – Once payment is made, the courier will hand over your order, and the transaction is complete.

Important Notes:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is only available within a 20km range from our location. Please check if your area is eligible before placing an order.
  • Make sure to have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for bulk orders or custom-made products.
Shipping

Delivery times vary based on location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Warranty

At Master3D (PVT) LTD, we provide manufacturer warranties and accept returns under specific conditions. Please read carefully.

FDM 3D Printers

  • Creality Brand: Warranty ranges from 6 to 24 months for manufacturing defects.
  • RTP (Ready-to-Print) FDM Printers: Creality K1/K2 Series, comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty.
  • Creality 3D Printers can extend warranty up to 24 months for an additional fee.
  • Other Brands: Limited to 6-month manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Hotend, nozzle, extruder, extruder motor, hotbed, LCD touch screen, or normal screen.

Resin 3D Printers

  • Warranty Period: 6 months for mainboard and motors only.
  • Exclusions: LCD display, resin VAT, FEP film, screen protector, power supply (if supplied separately).

Important Notices:

  • The LCD screen is not covered by warranty, not even for manufacturing defects.
  • Customers must check the machine with the assistance of our technical staff before purchasing Resin 3D Printers to ensure the LCD and other components are working properly.
  • Warranty will be voided if resin spills on the printer due to user negligence.
  • Resin printers require careful attention as a single mistake can damage the machine and void the warranty.

Laser Engravers & CNC Machines

  • Warranty Period: Limited to 6 months manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects only.

General Warranty Terms

Warranty does not cover:

  • Products without a valid after-sales service card or printer serial number.
  • Machines or components exceeding the warranty period.
  • Unauthorised modifications (nozzle, structure, firmware, third-party components).
  • Incorrect installation, use, or maintenance.
  • Use outside the environment specified by the product.
  • Improper use beyond workload limits or poor maintenance.
  • Accidental damage or human error.
  • Damage caused by force majeure, such as earthquakes, fires, lightning, and other incidents.

Creality 3D Part Replacement

  • Quality-related defects on items sold directly by Creality 3D are covered by a limited warranty from the purchase date.
  • Replacement parts may not be new but will be functionally equivalent to the original product.
  • Replacement parts are covered for the remaining time of the original product’s warranty.

How to Claim Warranty

  • Contact our support team at info@master3d.lk or for faster respond, contact us through WhatsApp on +94765880308 with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
  • We may request photos, videos, or the product for inspection.
  • If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

Master3D (PVT) LTD reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service.

Returns and Refunds

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • 3D Printers (FDM & Resin)
  • Laser Engravers
  • CNC Machines
  • 3D Printer Accessories

3D Printing Materials

  • No warranty, refund, or return is provided once the package is opened, even if unused.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please note: the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges and any convenience fees that added to your order when you purchase.  incurred during the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
    We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Processing Time

  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 4–8 weeks after we receive your returned item.
  • It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
