Ordering from Master3D is simple:

  1. Browse our website and add your desired items to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method.
  4. Confirm your order, and we’ll process it for shipping.
Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card Payment: Securely pay using Visa, MasterCard, or other major debit/credit cards.
  • Bank Transfer: Transfer the payment directly to our bank account. Please send the payment receipt for order confirmation.
  • KOKO Payment: Buy now and pay later in installments via KOKO. Select this option at checkout and follow the instructions.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Pay in cash when your order is delivered. COD (Cash on Delivery) is available only within a 20km radius from our location.

To pay via bank transfer:

  1. Select “Bank Transfer” at checkout.
  2. Transfer the total amount to our designated bank account (details provided at checkout).
  3. Send us the payment proof via WhatsApp or email.
  4. Once verified, we will process your order.

KOKO Payment allows you to buy now and pay later in installments. Simply select “KOKO Payment” at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to complete the process with KOKO. After approval, your order will be processed.

COD (Cash on Delivery) allows you to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your location. Here’s how it works:

  1. Select COD (Cash on Delivery) at Checkout – When placing your order on our website, choose “COD (Cash on Delivery)” as your payment method.
  2. Order Confirmation – Once you confirm your order, our team will process and prepare it for shipping.
  3. Delivery Notification – You will receive updates about your order status and estimated delivery time.
  4. Receive Your Order – When the delivery arrives, check your package and pay the total amount in cash to the courier.
  5. Complete the Process – Once payment is made, the courier will hand over your order, and the transaction is complete.

Important Notes:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is only available within a 20km range from our location. Please check if your area is eligible before placing an order.
  • Make sure to have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for bulk orders or custom-made products.
Return

No, we do not accept any returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please ensure you review product details before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Delivery times vary based on location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Warranty & Returns/Refunds

Return and Refund Policy (Not applicable for DIY 3D Printers and DIY CNC)

If your product has a defect or malfunction, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The buyer must cover shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect
  • Accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed as defective but found to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (outside the warranty process)

2. What do I need for After-Sales Service?

Before requesting service, the buyer must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number from our online store)
  • Product serial number and visible proof of the defect
  • In some cases, the product may need to be returned for quality inspection

3. What warranty do you offer on your products?

We provide a warranty on specific products. However, some items are not covered, such as:

  • 3D printing materials (filaments, resins, etc.)
  • Certain spare parts (e.g., nozzles, belts, bearings)

Creality 3D Printer Warranty Regulations

For Creality 3D printers, we offer:

  • Motherboard, LCD, Power Supply, Hotbed – 6-month warranty

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Missing proof of purchase or printer serial number
  • Unauthorized modifications (e.g., changing the nozzle, firmware, or using third-party components)
  • Incorrect installation or improper use
  • Use in an unsuitable environment
  • Physical damage due to accidents, improper voltage, water damage, etc.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning)

If your product is covered by warranty, we will provide a free replacement for quality-related defects.

4. Creality 3D Part Replacement for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Creality 3D are covered under a limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Replacement parts may not be new, but they will be in good working order and functionally equivalent to the original part.
  • The warranty period for replacement parts remains the same as the original product’s warranty period.
